Abstract

Enantioselective (up to 74% ee) and regioselective C–H amination reactions of 3-benzylquinolones were achieved with a chiral C 2-symmetric Rh(ii) complex exhibiting two lactam binding sites for substrate coordination ia hydrogen bonds.
