Abstract

High and ultra high strength hot-dip galvanized thin sheet steel grades have gained a considerable market share. Hence, the influence of the annealing parameters in an HDG line on the microstructure and the resulting mechanical properties of high and ultra high strength steel grades were summarized and critically discussed. This paper summarizes the influence of the different annealing sections for the covered steel grades.
