Abstract

(CO)AuCl reacts with (2,4,6‐trialkylphenyl)phosphanes 1a–d (alkyl = Me, Et, iPr, tBu) to give the 1:1 complexes 2a–d. The crystal structure of 2d shows pairs of molecules with Au…Au contacts of 3.440(1) Å.
