Abstract

Arthroscopic anteroinferior shoulder stabilization with anatomical refixation of glenoid bone fragment using a special bio-absorbable screw system with a self-compression mechanism. If necessary additional refixation of the glenoid labrum and tightening of the inferior glenohumeral ligament using suture anchors.
