Abstract

An appropriate foresight approach is needed to enable industrial companies to exploit opportunities and avoid risks from discontinuities. Although foresight approaches have already been developed, there is a need to explore a methodology that addresses production-critical discontinuities. Therefore, this paper presents such an approach.
