Abstract

In the typesetting process, the expressions prior belief, prior distribution, and prior PDF were transformed to previous belief, previous distribution, and previous PDF, which are misnomers. All expressions of previous (expect for two occurrences) should be replaced with prior. ASCE regrets this error.
