Abstract

The disclosure-of-interest statements of the authors were not included in the published version of the article mentioned that appeared in a previous issue of the Journal of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy. The appropriate disclosure-of-interest statements, provided by the authors, are included below. The publisher would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. D.D.E. has served as a consultant to/on the scientific advisory boards of Sanofi, Novartis, Minddistrict, Lantern, Schoen Kliniken, Ideamed and German health insurance companies (BARMER, Techniker Krankenkasse) and a number of federal chambers for psychotherapy.
