Abstract

We have noted the following typographical errors and mistakes in our 2015 Article. We apologize for the confusion they may have caused. The conclusions of the paper are not impacted. Page 5496. The value of dO in Table 1 is incorrect. It should be equal to 5 × 103 (as indicated in the main text, on page 5498, right column, line 31), not 4 × 103. The correct value was used in the simulations. (Formula Presented).
