Abstract
With the expansion of volatile renewable energies, the demand for energy-flexible production in companies is gaining in importance. Hence, it must be possible to identify and evaluate existing potentials and expansion possibilities to make companies more energy flexible. This involves a survey of the initial situation in energy-intensive plants and the identification of characteristics of production plants and supply facilities.
