Abstract

We report on ESR spectra of amorphous GaAs, GaP, and InP with varying hydrogen content. The spectra show a broad resonance with a large positive g-shift, and a second, narrower line with a similar, but negative g-shift. The relative intensity of these two resonances is found to depend strongly on the hydrogen content of a sample and on temperature, Possible origins of these lines are discussed.
