Abstract

This paper proposes a concept of electric power generation and consumption control in local electrotechnical objects with regard to cost factors. "Electro-cost" models of sources and loads including both technical dynamic equations and economic theory equations have been developed. The algorithm developed based on this theory allows to find the operating mode of the local object featured by minimum costs.
