N2 - We report nonlinear intersubband polaritonic metasurfaces capable of electrical control of the local intensity and phase of second-harmonic-generation (SHG). Experimentally, we achieved over 2900% of SHG intensity modulation depth and beam-steering from electrically induced phase gradient metasurfaces.
