Abstract

The research project "VR-LogPlan" (virtual reality logistics planning system) deals with the logistics planning in the virtual reality under the use of 3D-models. One of the purposes of the project was to investigate the use of the innovative visualization technique for logistics planning. In an arranged test series the assembly of the mobile virtual reality system and the interaction devices were tested by probands. This article is about the construction of the virtual reality system and presents the main results of the test series.
