Abstract
The increasingly dynamic environment for production companies forces them to develop their flexibility and responsiveness. This article presents a specific methodology for development process management that allows adaptable modelling, implementation and controlling of complex dynamic development processes. The concept enables development departments to shorten development time and improve development quality significantly.
