Abstract

Rhinitic problems may be developed an basis of both allergic and non-allergic is known that together with allergic asthma bronchiale and neurodermia allergic rhinitis belongs to the atopic disorders. The non-allergic rhinopathy can be caused by both exogenic factors, such as ASS-induced pseudo-allergical rhinopathy, and endogenic factors, such as endocrinic rhinitis. For this reason the linical appearance of allergic rhinitis has no importance foe diagnosis. Moreover, the differential diagnosis of allergical rhinitis is rather complicated by a variety of causes that may result in a rhinopathy of non-allergic genesis. The diagnostical differentiation of allergic rhinitis from the non-immunologically mediated rhinopathies is of importance for an adequate selection of therapy.
