Abstract
Terms such as "prevailing opinion", "predominant view" or "minority opinion" are used in legal argumentation in training and practice, but the meaning and potential of these figures is not always recognized. This article aims to explain the background to these terms and, on this basis, provide concrete assistance in identifying and using them. After all, mastering these figures can be decisive for successful legal argumentation.
