Abstract
In its function as an ITRS Combination Centre and as the IGS Regional Network Asscociate Analysis Centre for SIRGAS (IGS RNAAC SIR), DGFI has computed various realizations of the terrestrial reference system. Among them are a solution for the ITRF2005, a global terrestrial reference frame realization within the German project GGOS-D, and regional realizations for the SIRGAS reference frame. This paper presents the combination methodology of DGFI, which is based on the accumulation of datum-free epoch normal equations, and results for the computation of global and regional terrestrial reference frames. Finally, we discuss the current status concerning reference frame computations and make recommendations for future improvements.
