Abstract

Numerical optimization, one of the most efficient techniques for low noise constructions, is discussed. The structural-acoustic optimization is considered after modifying certain design variables. The structural and acoustic analysis techniques are reviewed using numerical methods. The objective functions and the applications of structural-acoustic optimization are also discussed.
