Abstract
A survey of the experimental work in the development of the ″Barbarella″ rocket with hybrid engine is given. The propellant combinations with their physical, thermochemical, ignition, and regression properties are described. The design studies, the vehicle itself, and its various components and important data of the rocket are presented. Finally, the launch facilities, tanking devices, the flight test and its results are described.
