Abstract

Fuel cells offer an alternative possibility to produce efficiently electricity. In this work, we investigate a Direct Carbon Fuel Cell (DCFC) based on a Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC). Solid pure carbon is used as fuel in the fuel cell, in form of a pellet.
