N2 - The novel two‐dimensional NMR technique H,C‐COLOC enabled the constitutions of the photolysis products 1 and 2 referred to in the preceding article to be determined. In H,C‐COLOC spectroscopy, use is made of proton‐carbon coupling over two and three bonds. This technique, in which the homonuclear proton coupling are absent, offers several advantages over conventional H,C shift correlations using long‐range couplings.
