Abstract

Beer production and science associated therewith is one of the oldest biochemical processes, which has been extensively studied and researched by humans. In addition to the biochemical processes, a series of procedural Unit Operations plays a crucial role for a consistent and successful brewing process. Herein, the solution to optimize the processes is still often given to all important parameters: efficiency, time, energy.
