Abstract

In the Acknowledgements section we erroneously stated that M.H.T. has received support from the gs13:European Research Council under the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No 694968 (PREMSOT). The correct funding source is instead: European Research Council ERC (AdG HypoFlam no. 695054). The authors apologize for this oversight.
