Abstract

The authors regret to inform that in Eq. (3.5) the parameter [Formula presented] was defined differently to its usage in the remainder of the manuscript. The corrected version of Eq. (3.5) is: [Figure presented] with [Formula presented] and [Formula presented]. [Formula presented] is the equilibrium constant of the surface reaction (VI). The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
