Abstract
The control of charge and spin in novel semiconductor nanostructure devices was studied. Conventional optical spectra, probing many dots at the same time were broadened inhomogeneous due to variations in size, shape, and composition. The deterministic oscillating photocurrent with increasing amplitude of the exciting laser pulse was shown.
