Abstract

In the seventies robotics and automation had been first introduced in prefabrication of components and houses. In the eighties first mobile on site construction robots had been developped. These developments were followed by integrated building construction sites in the nineties. Presently humanois robotic technology is being developped for construction site and building service application. This paper will show examples from Japan, USA and Europe.
