Abstract

A report was presented on the computational science and engineering (CSE) program at the Technische Universität München (TUM). TUM started its new master's program CSE as a joint initiative of seven faculties. The objective of the program was to contribute to the underlying ideas and concepts and their curricular implementation and to emphasize some features that were non-standard in other comparable programs.
