Abstract

This paper examine two component minimized multiple three-phase AC drive systems. Configuration A uses multiple two-leg inverter topologies in which all inverters share a extra-leg. Configuration B also uses multiple two-leg inverter topologies but in this case inverters share the midpoint of a capacitor bank in the DC-link. Main characteristics of the drive systems are presented together experimental results.
