Abstract

Lipoblastoma (LB) is a rare soft tissue tumor affecting infants and young children. Although commonly seen over the trunk or extremities, those occurring over the axilla or over the gluteal region are uncommon. We report 2 such patients: 1: A 6-months-old boy with a tumor over the right axilla and. 2: A 10-years-old girl with a tumor over the left gluteal region, both treated surgically and confirmed histologically as LB.
