Abstract

A canonical form for a nondecomposable entanglement witnesses (EW) and a characterization of separable states was presented. Mixed states in bipartite quantum systems were considered and the canonical form was presented in terms of a convex combination of a seperable state and edge state. Entanglement witnesses for the edge states were also constructed to provide a canonical form of nondecomposable entanglement witnesses and the positive maps (PM). A nontrivial condition for non-decomposable-entanglement witnesses (ND-EW) and positive maps (PM) was studied by numerical simulation.
