Abstract
New ideas, products, and processes are an important condition for sustainable growth and economic success of industrial enterprises but development and successful diffusion are not easily to manage. To improve corporate innovation management activities character and quality of the involved organisational conditions, processes, and products have to be known and benchmarked. Thus requirements, strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities shall be identified. Basically adapted from the model of quality assessment by the European Foundation of Quality Management corporate environment, innovation processes, and results will be described by crucial factors and assessed concerning their appropriate consideration within innovation management activities.
