Abstract

Missing or outdated data is a major challenge when creating models for existing conveyor systems. In order to use the potential of digital models economically also for existing systems, an automated extraction of modeling data can improve the situation. This paper presents a method for reconstructing the topology of automated conveying elements based on motion data of an intelligent load carrier.
