Abstract
In a 30-year-old patient, multiple lesions on the left thigh diagnosed as angiokeratoma corporis circumscriptum were excised. Preoperative phlebo-und arteriograms did not show the intraoperatatively obvious connections to the saphenous vein. The differential diagnosis includes sarcoma idiopathicum multiplex haemorrhagicum and malignant melanoma.
