Abstract
On the basis of 6 figures it is attempted to demonstrate the importance of angio-tomography of the posterior cerebral fossa as a complement to general angiography. Our experience shows that tomographic examination enables an improved evaluation to be made, especially of the course of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery. - The examination requires a special work place with tomographic equipment and screening facilities. Thus the applicability of the method is limited in-as-far as routine use is concerned.
