Abstract

A combination of Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) and Selective Cement Paste Intrusion (SPI) offers the possibility of additive manufacturing of reinforced concrete components. In the research project Additive Manufacturing in Construction (AMC), the two additive processes are coupled in a hybrid manufacturing process, considering geometric and thermal restrictions.
