Activating distillation with an infinitesimal amount of bound entanglement

The activation properties of a new class of symmetric bound entangled states of full rank were investigated. It was shown that in this set there existed universal activator states, which were capable of activating the distillation of any partial transpose which was not positive (NPPT). Results showed that a small amount of bound entanglement can also be useful for quantum information purposes.
