Abstract

The Modular Optoelectronic Multispectral Scanner MOMS-02 was developed to acquire digital multispectral and threefold stereo imagery of the earth surface during the 2nd German Spacelab mission D2 in April/May 12993. For the first time these data allow for a simultaneous thematic and geometric evaluation, which is carried out by the MOMS-02/D2 science team. Within this cooperation the Chair for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing of the Technical University Munich is responsible for the three-dimensional photogrammetric point determination by bundle adjustment including the reconstruction of the exterior orientation. -from Authors
