A quantum Ginzburg-Landau theory for the resistive transition in dissipative Josephson-junction networks

Abstract

We briefly review the results of a quantum Ginzburg-Landau theory approach to the static and dynamic behavior of regular arrays of Josephson junctions shunted by Ohmic resistors and discuss to what extent this is applicable to recent experiments on granular films.
