Abstract

Two As₂[C(PMe₂)₂(SiMe₃)] five membered ring units are linked via an As-As bond and thus form an As ₄²⁺ chain in a compound obtained from a redox reaction between AsCl₃ and Li[C(PMe₂)₂(SiMe ₃)].
