Abstract

The short product life cycles combined with individual products, permanent cost pressure, and rapid technological innovation make change management an indispensable element of manufacturing companies. The ability to react efficiently towards the dynamic market and its requirements represents a key success factor in the manufacturing industry. Hence, this paper introduces a methodology for flexible change management processes, supporting companies in an efficient and individual configuration of their processes based on change project.
