Abstract

We report on a decision support system to select supply chain improvement projects of an international semiconductor manufacturer. At the core of the system is an integer programming model optimizing the value of the project portfolio while taking into account project interdependencies and multiple objectives via aspiration levels. We present the graphical user interface of the decision support system and provide insight on the latter via a case study. Furthermore, we report on the feedback of the decision makers using the system.
