Abstract
Even when a tumor is detected with the aid of the methods of examination described, the differential diagnosis remains very difficult [10].[/p] It is easier for the radiologist to evaluate diagnostic criteria if he is familiar with the case history and the results of clinical examinations, and knowledge of the possible diagnoses allows the surgeon to institute examinations whose results will have an important bearing on his choice of surgical technique.
