N2 - (CH3)3P&zdbnd;NSi(CH3)2OSi(CH3)3 reacts with (CH3)3Al, (CH33Ga, or (CH3)3In to give rigid 1/1-adducts. On the contrary, the analogous 1/1-complexes of(CH3)3P&.zdbndNSi(CH3)2-N&.zdbndP(CH3)3 exhibit a nonrigid behavior as shown by the temperature dependence of the 1H NMR spectra.
