Abstract
Milk samples of one cow with different cell content were coagulated by the action of rennin and investigated by appling the electronic particle counter Coulter Counter. Thereby the number of particles with special diameter were counted and size distribution of the particles was calculated depending on the time after rennin addition. Milk with an increased cell content showed a prolonged primary phase during coagulation, a decreased readiness for particle agglomeration and a lower number of particles during primary phase of coagulation.
