Project Details
Description
The core topic is to explore the potential of invasive computing in an HPC context. For that, with our successful Tsunami case study, we investigate how invasive computing can provide innovative solutions to issues currently not solvable on HPC systems in a satisfactory way. We extend the programming models on HPC systems for invasive computing and develop scalable resource management infrastructures. Concerning our algorithmic investigations, we significantly contribute to the development of the InvasIC hardware demonstrator.
