Abstract
The transition to decentralized renewable energy sources requires adjustments to the existing distribution grids. The accompanying increase in complexity and new actors like prosumers require novel approaches to analysis and control. This paper discusses the verification results of a new control framework, which is designed to evaluate various control concepts in simulation and the field. For verification, simulation results are compared to measurements from a lab setup. Hereby, a key aspect for the accuracy of the simulation is the modelling of latencies and dead times of control and communication.
