Tierhaltung im Apuseni-Gebirge in Rumänien (Teil II)

Romania wishes to become member of the EU. Membership would require compliance with EU regulations, such as those regarding animal welfare. Given the current situation, there is a lot of ground to be made up, especially so for agriculture in remote regions. Substantial financial resources are required, along with relevant specialist knowledge as well as a willingness to break with traditional practices. The current situation in a small region of the Apuseni Mountains is presented in this study. The changes recommended are those which seem realistic given numerous limiting factors.
