N2 - Higher order gyromodes, also called 'flexure modes', are characterized by a strong z-dependence of their out-of-plane magnetization (G1 and G2, see Fig.1 b and c). Such flexure modes have been predicted theoretically [1] and recently have been detected experimentally by FMR measurements [2]. However, regarding interactions with azimuthal spin wave modes and vortex core reversal the role of these flexure modes was never discussed.
