N2 - This paper presents a novel method for the techno-economical implementation of holistic electromobility solutions in commercial companies. The basic idea is to use a three-stage decision-making process, where each decision is made based on data-driven analysis and simulation results. In the context of this paper, a holistic electromobility solution consists of the vehicle fleet composition, the required charging infrastructure, a charging management system and a photovoltaic system including a stationary energy storage. With this method we can offer holistic electromobility solutions that meet all of a customer's requirements of a customer while maintaining economical feasibility.
