Abstract
Important power users play a vital role in the normal operation of society and the stable development of economy. How to evaluate the importance of power users comprehensively and objectively is very important for the graded management of power sector. At present, the electricity user important degree evaluation method mainly uses the comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation is to use multiple indicators to evaluate multiple objects, the method of cognition is a kind of management and decision making process, including the empowerment index about the accuracy of the evaluation results and authenticity, at present has formed relatively mature of the theory and method of system. In this paper, the subjective and objective weights commonly used in the comprehensive evaluation method and their application in the classification of power users are summarized, and some new thoughts are put forward for the future research and development of power user evaluation.
